• Store name, email address, and country/region provided at sign-up.
• Payment-related information (card details themselves are held by our payment processor, Stripe, not by us).
• Tags selected and text entered by customers on the review creation page (including the optional free-text note).
• Usage logs such as number of uses and timestamps.

• Providing the Service and generating sample reviews.
• Payment processing, billing, and usage management.
• Sending cancellation / subscription-management links.
• Preventing abuse and managing usage limits.
• Improving the Service and responding to inquiries.

The Service integrates with the following external services. How each service handles data is governed by its own privacy policy.

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing; billing information is sent to Stripe.
• Anthropic PBC (Claude API) — sample review generation; the store name, selected tags, and any optional free-text note are sent.
• Google LLC (Google Maps Platform) — store search at sign-up and navigation to the review posting screen.

Other than as described above, we do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, or as required by law. After cancellation, we delete information within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
